Dave founded By Appointment Only Realty to provide its customers with a unique real estate experience. With a limited number of exceptional real estate professionals, coupled with the best in technology, we offer personal attention and resources not usually found in the real estate business. Prior to moving to Flagler County in 2001 with his wife Jean, Dave spent 25 years working with a large money management firm in Pittsburgh PA, where he was the Chief Financial Officer for 21 of those years and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the remainder before retiring to this fabulous paradise.

Dave and Jean became significant real estate investors in the area and decided to make it their business and couple it with their prior experience of managing people.

As a CPA, Dave in addition to his duties as the Broker/Owner of By Appointment Only Realty, specializes in business brokerage, commercial property and real estate investment and development.
